I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice, but mine wasn't prepared on time. However, the suite upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The service was excellent, especially during a small mishap. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Dining was a bit overpriced for Milano, but the products were of good quality.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was superb, just a short walk from Milano Centrale, and the room I had was extra large with a super comfy bed and a large, clean bathroom. Although facing the main road, it was still a pleasant experience overall. The service was top-notch, going above and beyond with restaurant recommendations and helping with various needs. The only slight issue was a minor trouble during check-in as the IT was down. The location couldn’t have been better with Repubblica Metro Station right outside; perfect for getting around the city easily. The dining experience was excellent, offering free water delivered to the room and high-quality products, but I wish there were more vegetarian options. The facilities were great, and the hotel had all the amenities one could need.
